"Board Game"   with design plan

A fun idea for fetes & fundraisers

This is a game  I made for my Son's school . It is folded flat and re-used every year.

It's an enlarged and tweaked version of "find the treasure", where the players stick flags in a map and the winner gets both a present and  to feel smug for the rest of the year.

This is an easy and effective Game to make  so here are the plans.

(of course  it's easy, it's just big !)

You will need

2 x 8ftx4ft Boards.  1 x 4ftx4ft Board (cut diagonally). A hundred flag cocktail sticks. a jigsaw.  a drill. a few screws and a bit of paint.

Then paint it to your design (or copy the photo).

When painted, you can mark the crosses on the map (making sure they are inside the boxed area). Drill the holes and number all the cocktail stick flags for the game.

Oh, and when using; don't forget to secretly mark the winning hole inside before you assemble,

If making this for a good old English Village Summer Fete, don't forget to use waterproof paint!

If anyone out there does have a go, send me a photo.
